Salsa Making Class at Flamingos

In Villa del Palmar Flamingos we have a class for everyone who likes Mexican food. There they teach how to prepare simple Mexican dishes, such as salsa, guacamole or even the very typical aguachile. This week Carlos taught our guests how to prepare a delicious guacamole. Carlos started from scratch until having the very Mexican guacamole finished.

These pictures will illustrate some parts of the class. Class takes place every Sunday thru Thursday at 1 pm (except Tuesdays due to the Sea Lion Show).
